I offer Dance/Movement Therapy (DMT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). In my DMT work, I use movement and body awareness to help clients increase their body/mind connection and further engage them in the therapy process. Sometimes movement can express what may be too difficult or painful to express with words alone. In my DBT work, I teach mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness skills.
