I believe as humans we are very creative and find ways to get through difficult times. At some point, those ways may no longer serve us. For me, therapy is letting go of what no longer serves us. If you are feeling like there is something you need to let go of, I can offer compassionate care while we build upon your strengths and equip you with even more skills. I offer Dance/Movement Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.

I love helping people understand the things that are holding them back and recognizing underlying problems.
